How to Get to Texada Island

Drive the scenic roads of the Sunshine Coast to Powell River, then catch the ferry across to Texada Island. The crossing takes about 30 minutes. Guests arrive at the Powell River Westview Ferry Terminal and board the ferry to Blubber Bay on Texada. From the Blubber Bay terminal it is a short drive to the resort. Check current sailing times and fares before you travel, as the schedule is seasonal.
By Car and Ferry

Skip the drive entirely. Pacific Coastal Airlines flies from the South Terminal at Vancouver International Airport to Powell River Airport (YPW) several times a day, and the flight takes about 35 minutes. The airport is only a few minutes from the Westview Ferry Terminal by taxi. From there you walk onto the ferry to Texada as a foot passenger, with no vehicle and no reservation needed. We will meet you at the Blubber Bay terminal and drive you to the resort. Send us your flight and sailing times in advance so we are there when you arrive.
Fly to Powell River and Walk On

Travelling from Vancouver Island? Take the ferry from Little River in Comox across to Powell River. The crossing takes about an hour and a half and arrives at the Westview Ferry Terminal, which is the same terminal the Texada ferry departs from, so you simply walk or drive off one sailing and onto the next. If you are coming on foot, let us know your sailing time and we will pick you up at Blubber Bay and bring you to the resort.
From Vancouver Island

Take a scenic ride across the Strait of Georgia and arrive under your own power. Dock at the Texada Boat Club Marina and we will pick you up and drive you to the resort. Let us know your arrival time in advance so we can meet you at the marina.
By Boat

Fly over the Gulf Islands and the Strait of Georgia. Texada Island has a small airport served by light aircraft, and seaplanes serve the island as well. We will pick you up from the airport and transport you to the resort. Contact us with your flight details so we can arrange pickup.
